Lisa has celebrated 27 years as a Real Estate professional and has lived in Clark County for 38 years. Her intimate knowledge of the area, coupled with her extensive experience, makes her a trusted advisor for finding the perfect location for your investment. Before becoming a real estate broker, Lisa spent 11 years as a legal assistant, gaining a deep understanding of contracts and their implications. She has negotiated hundreds of real estate transactions, ranging from land and luxury homes to first-time buyer properties. Lisa also specializes in relocation, helping new Washingtonians feel at home. From the first meeting, Lisa treats clients like family, ensuring they feel educated and confident every step of the way.

In 2015, Lisa joined forces with her daughter, Alicia Cooper. Alicia is a graduate of Washington State University, where she obtained a multifaceted degree specializing in Psychology, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Professional Sales. Alicia's professional background includes working as an outside sales representative for a national HRIS software company and owning and operating a Personal, Home, and Beauty Styling business. Over nearly a decade as a real estate broker, Alicia has helped numerous clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties in both Washington and Oregon. As the team's marketing and technology guru, she strives to provide exquisite customer service to every client. Born and raised in SW Washington, Alicia loves helping people strategize their investments in real estate and is there for clients every step of the way.
